Our card standards allow you to print consistent high-quality cards.
For every double-sided card in an order, we generate a two-page PDF file. For multiple cards in one order, we create a multiple page PDF.
PDF Size
This PDF has a page size of 92mm × 60mm.
The bleed area of your artwork (that which extends over the printed edge of the card, must be at least 87.60mm × 55.98mm.
The safe printable area of your card must be 85.60 × 53.98mm (this is the ISO standard ID / Credit Card size)
Download a sample generated PDF here. PDFs are rendered in Cairo with embedded fonts.
We recommend you keep all important elements 2mm from the edge of the blue area.
All variables must be labeled according to the api standard.
SVG Recommended Settings
- Front & back of each card provided as a 2 page PDF and source design file
- Keep all text and important elements 2mm from printed card edge
- Make all black text #000000 RGB black
- All other colours can be provided as RGB
- No typeface below 16px / 5pt
- No fine detail (lines, serifs) below 3px
- Variable data can be included on both sides.
- Include any fonts you use with your SVG upload
- Google fonts preferred.
- Sans print better than serif.
