Printing variable data at scale can be problematic. We have created a simple api structure which allows you to set up an SVG template and feed data to it.
Data Sources
oocard can ingest data provide in various forms :
- User submitted data via our customisable, white-label Angular form.
- Via direct api connection using a restful API request.
- Manually via CSV upload on an order-by-order basis.
Card Template Setup
Set up your card template to include all static and variable elements. You can set up an XML based SVG template easily using inkscape.

We can convert an existing supplied artwork to work with variable data for a small fee.
Connect & Test
Connect your SVG template in your account page and generate a test PDF.
Configure Print Options
In your account page, customise
– Data source and frequency
Define where data originates, either from your data source or from your users submitting card data
– Delivery Options
Define delivery to a central location or to individual card holders
– Additional Options
Configure postal method
Configue accessories like lanyards and holders. These will be sent with each individual order.
Add Billing Information
Add your billing information to your account.
Your account is now set up and we will print cards received from your data sources according to your preferred options.
